Practice Complaints Procedure

The staff and clinicians at this practice endeavour at all times to give a high standard of service to our patients.

However, at times, patients may have cause to believe that they have a valid complaint that needs investigating.

If you wish to make a formal complaint against anyone at the surgery, please ask a receptionist for a full copy of the Practice Complaints Procedure.

This will explain the process and who you are able to complain to.
